Terms of Use & Disclaimer
Last updated: February 23, 2026
1. General Information
WarBot is an independent third-party software developed for the WarUniverse game. WarBot is in no way affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by the developers, publishers, or operators of WarUniverse.
2. Acceptance and Consent
By downloading, installing, or using the WarBot software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of use and the disclaimer stated on this page. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the software.
3. Disclaimer
WarBot does not provide any guarantees regarding the safety of your in-game account. Any temporary or permanent account bans, restrictions, account suspensions, or other negative consequences resulting from bot usage are entirely the responsibility of the user.
The WarBot team cannot be held responsible in any way for bans, account losses, in-game asset losses, or other damages that may occur as a result of using the software. You acknowledge that using third-party software may violate game rules and that your account is at risk.
4. Terms of Use
By using the WarBot software, you agree to the following conditions:
- You may not resell, distribute, or share the software with third parties.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of the software.
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the software.
- You may not use the software for illegal purposes or to harm third parties.
5. License and Access
The WarBot license is personal and non-transferable. Each license is valid for a specific number of accounts based on the purchased package. If you share your license key with others, your license may be revoked without any refund.
The free trial period is provided for evaluation purposes and offers full functionality during the trial.
"Lifetime" licenses are valid for the duration of WarBot's service period. The term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the WarBot software's active service, not the lifetime of the user. If WarBot is discontinued, ceases operations, or shuts down its servers, the lifetime license expires and no refund can be claimed for this situation.
6. Refund Policy
WarBot is a digital product. Refund requests cannot be made after a license has been purchased and activated. It is recommended that you test the software using the free trial period before making a purchase.
If the software fails to work at all due to a technical issue, the support team can be contacted for evaluation.
In the event that WarBot is discontinued, no refunds will be issued for active licenses, including lifetime licenses.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
WarBot collects user information such as email addresses and usernames in order to provide its services and manage sessions. This data is used solely for license verification, resolving session issues, and technical support processes.
Collected data will under no circumstances be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party, organization, or entity for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
8. Right to Modify
The WarBot team reserves the right to update and modify these terms of use without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Your continued use of the software means you accept the updated terms.
